SHIPPING & RETURNS

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We offer two shipping options for customers within the United Kingdom: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Standard Shipping costs £3.99, but is free for orders over £50, and typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Express Shipping costs £7.99 and ensures delivery within 1-2 business days.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.

International Shipping

For our international customers, we provide shipping to Europe, the USA, Canada, and the rest of the world. Shipping rates are as follows: £9.99 for Europe, £14.99 for the USA and Canada, and £19.99 for the rest of the world. Delivery times vary by region, with Europe taking 5-10 business days, the USA and Canada 7-14 business days, and other international destinations 10-20 business days.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

You can return Printful items only if they are damaged upon receipt.

 

To return a damaged item, contact ohgavin@ohgavin.com to request a return shipping label. The items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.

 

Returned Printful items must be in their original packaging, including all cords, cables, parts, and documentation. The items must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

 

Please note that all returns are subject to Printful’s inspection. You'll be notified if your items are approved or rejected for a refund.

 

Printful items rejected by Printful aren't eligible for refunds. You can request that the items are returned to you at your expense within 10 days of receiving the rejection notice.

 

Refunds will be made within 10 days of approval using the payment method used to purchase the Printful items or another payment method communicated to you by Printful. If you have not received the refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider to see if the refund is still processing. If you still do not see the refund, please reach out to us at ohgavin@ohgavin.com.
